How much time have you spent in meetings last year that you wish to have back? Let’s not waste our time again this year. 

You don’t need to waste time on finding a good time to meet.
You don’t need to waste time to wait for everyone to dial in.
You don’t need to waste time with others on mute.
You don’t need to waste time listening to things you already know.
You don’t need to waste time in an unstructured call without an agenda.

Here is what you do instead:

Step 1: Cancel that meeting! 

Step 2: Sign up for a free account on Loom.

Step 3: Record a loom:

 20 secs for a simple message

 2 mins for a complex message or feedback

 5 mins for a demonstration.

Step 4: Never look at your recording!

Step 5: Share it with the people that need to hear it.

Step 6: Use the time you saved on something more valuable!  

Pro Tip: Start with the free account. It limits your video to 5 mins. This constraint will serve you well on Step 3. You can still upgrade once you’ve internalised the concise form.
